Descrizione della posizione offerta:

AnteMotion is seeking an experienced MID-SENIOR UNREAL ENGINE DEVELOPER to join the team and contribute to the development of software for the automotive space based on the Unreal Engine 5. As an Unreal Engine 5 developer, you will work developing tools for the automotive industry, from immersive simulations to custom Unreal Engine 5 editor UX.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain features with Unreal Engine’s Blueprint visual scripting system and Unreal Engine’s C++ dialect
  • Design UX and relevant code backend to achieve end-user goals
  • Debug and solve technical issues, including synchronization and compatibility problems between different software
  • Optimize performance to ensure smooth and efficient simulation experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Unreal Engine features, tools, and techniques
  • Collaborate with other developers both within and across teams
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Required qualifications:

  • Strong experience in game development using Unreal Engine
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine’s Blueprint visual scripting system and C++ dialect
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience working with version control systems

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine’s Slate system
  • Knowledge with Unreal Engine’s virtual production tools (Take Recorder, Movie Render Queue)
  • Cursory knowledge of UX theory
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and frameworks
  • Experience working with Perforce version control system
  • Familiarity with simulation frameworks and concepts, such as physics simulations and vehicle dynamics
